Our Full Property Management Package includes the following:-
- Key holding
- Regular property visits by our property management staff when you are away from the island and especially in the event of heavy rain, storms, floods or other.
- Control and punctual payment of all bills relating to the property. These include payment of Water & Electricity bills, Insurances, Telephone bills, Ground Rent, Maid service, etc.
- Collection and forwarding of mail.
- Optional extra services also available include the placing of grocery pack in property before your arrival, the services of maid, plumber or electrician, interior decorators, gardener, transport to and from the airport, car hire, etc. etc. We are also able to offer very competitive air fares via scheduled or charter flights as well as organized tours round the island.
- Furthermore we can provide consultation and professional advice relating to property laws, tax, succession duties, property sales & rentals for both residential and commercial, etc. As the owner of a property, you would need to register yourself as the new consumer with the Water & Electricity Department, to whom a deposit would be required to be lodged.
